RME Medical adheres to applicable laws and regulations governing VA-related benefits processes. We do not solicit, contract for, charge, or receive fees for preparing, presenting, or prosecuting VA benefit claims, directly or indirectly. We remain focused on delivering reliable medical coordination services while respecting the integrity of the VA claims process.

Medical Coordination Services for Veterans
RME Medical’s role is limited to coordinating connections between veterans and independent, licensed medical professionals who prepare DBQs. We follow applicable federal requirements governing assistance connected to VA benefits. RME Medical does not prepare, file, present, or prosecute VA benefits claims, including initial filings, higher-level reviews, supplemental claims, or appeals to the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. Our services are limited to medical coordination and documentation support relevant to the VA adjudication process.

Connecting Veterans with Qualified Professionals: RME Medical operates as a neutral medical coordination company, connecting veterans with private licensed clinicians who can complete detailed DBQs and document symptoms and conditions appropriately.
Transparent Pricing: We use clear, flat-fee pricing for our coordination services, reflecting the work involved in obtaining timely, thorough medical documentation.
Quality and Neutrality: We focus on objective, high-quality DBQs and do not promise or imply any specific VA outcome.
Non-Contingent Fees: Our fees, and payments to clinics or providers, are not tied to claim outcomes and are not taken from a veteran’s back pay.
Respect for Privacy: We do not access, assist with, or monitor eBenefits accounts, and we never request eBenefits login credentials or bank account information.
